This role is responsible for driving performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. Your focus will be on: Coaching, mentoring, and holding technicians accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Driving sales performance through goal setting, progress reviews, and technician support Partnering closely with the Branch Manager to help run day-to-day branch operations Leading ride-alongs, technical training, and job quality audits to ensure field excellence Monitoring schedules, dispatching for profit, and adjusting in real-time for peak performance Reviewing job documentation, estimates, and work orders for accuracy and professionalism Managing timecards, labor costs, and job costing reports to ensure profitability Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top plumbing talent Creating a safe, compliant, and high-morale work environment Partnering across departments like HR, Fleet, and Procurement for smooth operations Resolving escalations and ensuring positive customer outcomes through service recovery WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep experience in residential plumbing and team leadership. To be considered, you must have: 2+ years of residential plumbing experience in the field 1+ years of experience managing teams, sales goals, and KPIs Proven success in dispatching for profit and managing technician schedules Strong working knowledge of field service software and GPS tools Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen High school diploma or GED required WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Blend of office and in-field responsibilities, including job site visits and technician ride-alongs Ability to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends if needed Comfortable working under pressure and navigating tough conversations professionally Physically capable of standing, walking, climbing, and performing field-related tasks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential plumbing experience in the field
  • 1+ years of experience managing teams, sales goals, and KPIs
  • Proven success in dispatching for profit and managing technician schedules
  • Strong working knowledge of field service software and GPS tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED required
