About The Position

As a Plumber, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by becoming the founding member of our plumbing division, with an opportunity to build your own team. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, while communicating with customers and coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. In this role, you’ll perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs while recommending multiple service options to customers to ensure we meet their needs and preferences. You’ll work cross functionally with dispatchers to provide exceptional customer service and help streamline company operations by providing detailed recording keeping for future service projects. Finally, you’ll have the chance to advance your career through opportunities with our parent company, PipeDreams Ventures.

Requirements

  • Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
  • Communicate with customers
  • Coordinate with teammates
  • Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Recommend multiple service options to customers
  • Work cross functionally with dispatchers
  • Provide detailed record keeping and reporting
  • Participate in our on-call rotation
  • Accurately diagnose and clearly explain plumbing issues to customers, providing multiple service options based on their needs and preferences
  • Perform maintenance, and repairs while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness
  • Comply with all local codes using quality materials and never taking shortcuts
  • Master the products, materials, and supplies we provide especially relating to tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters and fixture replacement and repairs
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment
  • Convey a safety conscious attitude in regards to yourself, your customers, your fellow employees, and the general public at all times
  • Operate company provided equipment according to the safety guidelines approved by the manufacturer
  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with local and state laws and in a manner that ensures your safety and the safety of those around you
  • Maintain cleanliness of company truck inside and out
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety for yourself, your teammates, and your customers
  • Any other assigned duties as directed, to include but no limited to, all duties outlined
