What You Will Do: Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drains. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for customers, ensuring systems are functioning properly. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive relationship with clients while explaining issues and solutions clearly. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, tasks completed, and time spent on each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and share knowledge as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of plumbing experience
  • Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
  • Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Willingness to Work as Part of a Team
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
