About The Position

Chesapeake Home Services, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Plumbing Service Technician.

We're seeking service technicians who are ready to move away from aggressive sales tactics, KPI's, and corporate pressures. If you're passionate about serving clients with integrity and providing genuine solutions, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Residential Plumbing Service Technician Experience (required)
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems (required)
• Backflow certified or able to obtain with in 1 year of employment
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with using tablets and cellphones
• Experience using scheduling tools (required)
• Must have a clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.
• The right individual will be an experienced plumbing service technician with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication.
• They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently.
• They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure.
• Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service.
• Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
• Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.

• Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Works well under direction of supervisor
• Able to perform the work him or herself
