Requirements

Proven experience building, leading, and motivating teams
Background in plumbing (preferred)
Strong history of exceeding sales, service, and operational performance goals
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
Commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Responsibilities

Lead & Manage the Plumbing Team: Oversee and support plumbing technicians while fostering a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Champion Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding service delivery, resolve issues quickly, and build long‑term customer relationships.
Drive High‑Performance Metrics: Own plumbing department KPIs and implement strategies that improve efficiency, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Develop Training & Talent: Recruit plumbing professionals, build training programs, and promote continuous skill development and career advancement.
