About The Position

Requirements

  • Expertise: 10+ Years of plumbing experience, requiring 2-3 years in a plumbing supervisory or management role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, repair and relevant building codes.
  • Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead a team, solve problems and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in scheduling software, preferably Service Titan, email and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Business: Reading and understanding of KPI's and P&L reporting.
  • Culture: Understanding and working in a team environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong conflict resolution, time management, and the ability to motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Must speak fluent English.

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan: Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus.
