Your Role As an In-Home Plumbing Sales Specialist: You’ll run sales calls set by technicians and customers calling in for estimates. The hardest part of sales is getting an invitation to sit down and chat about what you’re selling. In this position, that part is already done for you! Each call is set up to have an audience who WANTS to hear what you have to say. You’ll be chatting with people in their homes about things that could really help them! You’ll act as a project manager for customers. Throughout an installation (before, during, and after), you’ll support the customer to make sure they know what to expect. You’ll work closely with the various parts of our plumbing team. When you sell a plumbing job in-home, it takes a team to get things done! You’ll make sure everyone has the information they need to get the customer taken care of. You’ll take detailed notes and keep up with communication. Because you’re the connecting point between the customer and the plumbers completing their project, you’ll be making sure your notes are thorough and detailed, and that any emails/calls/texts are answered quickly so all the moving parts can work together! Requirements

2+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation
Valid local driver’s license with insurable driving record
Acceptable criminal background record
Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
Assertive and confident personality
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
Commitment to company values
Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces
Ability to set toilets and operate a drain camera
Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures
Basic computer skills
Reliable & punctual attendance
Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends
Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Nice To Haves

Strong mechanical aptitude
Highly preferred prior knowledge related to home construction, plumbing, and general mechanics
High School Diploma/G.E.D., or college degree preferred
Ability to speak, read, and write in the Spanish language
