About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial and residential plumbing projects from initial bid preparation through final project closeout. This position integrates pre-construction estimating expertise with active project leadership, field coordination, financial tracking, and regulatory compliance oversight.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of plumbing systems and construction workflows, along with strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership capabilities to ensure profitable, code-compliant project delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in plumbing construction management or plumbing estimating
• Strong background in cost estimating, budgeting, and job cost tracking
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems and applicable codes
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation detail
• Professional client-facing communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience with estimating software and project management platforms preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to active job sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing construction projects from awarded contract through final completion
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates and proposals for plumbing scopes
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, inspections, and procurement of materials and equipment
• Establish and manage project timelines, manpower planning, and cost controls
• Monitor budgets, change orders, job costing, and overall financial performance
• Ensure strict compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Facilitate a smooth handoff from estimating to field execution, maintaining continuity throughout the project lifecycle
