About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing construction, estimating, or project management
Strong skills in cost control, project coordination, and schedule management
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Solid knowledge of plumbing codes, construction processes, and safety standards
Excellent professional communication and client-facing skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Lead plumbing projects from initial estimate through project closeout in Redondo Beach, CA
Prepare accurate estimates, detailed takeoffs, and proposals for commercial and residential plumbing scopes
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain project schedules
Monitor budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability and compliance
Communicate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to manage expectations and project timelines
Implement process improvements and support workflow efficiency across multiple projects
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on plumbing standards and construction best practices
