This includes overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of the plumbing division. This includes conducting market research, developing operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves procuring materials and managing inventory, hiring and training plumbing technicians, and establishing effective communication channels between departments to ensure seamless service integration. Additionally, the manager must monitor financial performance, set service pricing, and manage customer relationships to ensure the plumbing services contribute positively to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Must pass drug and background screens
Valid Kentucky Master plumbing License
5+ years of plumbing experience
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment
