Requirements

  • Plumbing experience required (residential new construction experience preferred).
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and on diverse job sites in Waldorf, MD.
  • Must have personal tools and reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for eligibility for a company vehicle and fuel card.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • A resourceful team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • A commitment to profess ionalism, reliability, and a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Install pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems in residential new construction projects, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
  • Perform rough-in plumbing and assemble fittings, valves, and other necessary plumbing components.
  • Safely modify pipe lengths and plumbing fixtures to meet project requirements.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
