Requirements
- 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices, soldering, and repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and fixture installation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install Plumbing Systems: Install, replace, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and perform soldering tasks
- System Testing & Inspections: Ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with homeowners, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions with professionalism
- Service Calls & Estimates: Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs
- Service Titan Knowledge: Experience with Service Titan is a plus—assisting with scheduling, job management, and customer updates
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing codes
