Requirements

• Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plumbing Install team with residential plumbing system installations
• Handle tools, materials, and job site setup and cleanup
• Support the lead plumber with excavation, piping, and fixture installation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Learn and apply plumbing code requirements and best practices
• Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers
