Requirements

  • Skilled field supervisor with at least 5 years managing scopes on multimillion‑dollar plumbing projects.
  • Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing License , or ability to obtain within 90 days .
  • Strong knowledge of the International Plumbing Code (IPC) , local codes, and construction safety regulations.
  • Basic computer and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, evaluate, mentor, and train field project team members to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Plan, organize, and direct production for all contracted plumbing scopes.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, inspectors, general contractors, and trade partners.
  • Participate in project meetings to proactively identify and resolve conflicts before they impact schedules.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting strict schedule and quality expectations.
  • Ensure all plumbing installations meet company quality standards, IPC requirements, and local plumbing codes.
  • Oversee material procurement and personnel allocation to support schedule commitments.
  • Uphold company-wide standards for safety, quality, and industry best practices.
  • Industry-aligned responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating with other trades, reading plans, and enforcing safety protocols.
