To support our continued growth, we will be relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031 Optisolar Lane , with the move planned for completion by the end of Q2 2026 . Mission: Leading the Evolution of Construction Vision: Exposing the World to a New Way to Build Core Values: Teamwork Excellence Perseverance Integrity Continuous Improvement Requirements Mark III Construction is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for work on commercial/industrial projects in Sacramento and surrounding area. Foreman will lead crews performing most all tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Foreman will supervise and work with all personnel engaged in plumbing related tasks. Applicants must be customer focused, able to deliver positive results and build client relationships.

Requirements

5 plus years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience or a combination of field experience and education in the trade.
Must have experience successfully running and leading crews
Set goals for the team – always goal oriented
Able to create, read and follow construction schedules and documents
Willingness and ability to build strong relationships with Superintendents and PMs
BIM modeling and Trimble knowledge – influence design and be an integral player in preconstruction
Construction administrative duties: submittals, RFI’s and change orders
Proficient at tracking daily’s and labor as well as forecasting manpower
Ability to interpret plans and specifications
Possess knowledge of project scopes and ability to recognize changes in scopes of work
Comfortable with purchasing material and material take offs
Successful managing large complex projects and multiple jobs at one time
Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations
Safety oriented at all times
Organized and detail oriented – able to anticipate problems
Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation
Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset
Required to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
Required walking for long and short distances, walking from one worksite to another.
Required to perform repetitive motion tasks
Required to pull or push using force
Required to stand for sustained periods of time
Required to bend or twist at the neck and torso
Required to crouching, squatting, stooping, kneeling
Required to use and climb ladders to work from heights
Required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts to access the work area
Required to reach above head
Required to reach forward, grab, grasp, pinching, handle material and tools using upper extremities
Required to lift objects from low to high positions in horizontal to vertical motions
Required to talk, express, or exchange detailed, important information by means of verbal communication.
Constantly Required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to hear detailed information and distinguish sounds to avoid hazards.
Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus
Knowledge of multiple trades
Leadership and mentorship skills
Graduate of PHCC or similar apprenticeship preferred
