Our 100,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Apopka, FL serves as a strategic logistics hub, supporting major commercial, industrial, and aeronautical projects across the Southeast and beyond. Randall is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing operations on active job sites in Orlando and throughout Central Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical plumbing knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. Position Summary: The Plumbing Foreman will manage crews, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining Randall’s high standards of workmanship. You will manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and plumbing code, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and methods
  • Ability to read blueprints, specs, and shop drawings
  • Familiarity with Florida plumbing codes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with jobsite safety standards and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Florida Journeyman or Master Plumber license
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects
  • Experience using digital field tools (daily reports, time tracking, etc.)
  • This is primarily a Shop or Field Jobsite job. You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to respond quickly to sounds, see and respond to dangerous situations, and properly wear personal protective gear.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead commercial plumbing crews on job sites
  • Coordinate daily and weekly work plans to meet project schedules
  • Read, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings and specifications
  • Install, inspect, and maintain commercial plumbing systems per code and project requirements
  • Ensure work complies with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes
  • Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
  • Track manpower, materials, and equipment needs
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeymen
  • Maintain productivity, quality control, and jobsite cleanliness
