About The Position
Join the Heritage Home Service team as the Plumbing Field Supervisor at our Auburn, NH location We are seeking an experienced, licensed Plumber to be our Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our plumbers and apprentices. Ensuring high-quality installations and repairs for residential projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining safety, training, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while upholding company standards and local plumbing codes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Service level Gas License in NH
- Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience. Experience in a supervisory role is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and train in a 1-1 and classroom setting
- Proficient in scheduling, time management, and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Pass a drug and background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage plumbers and apprentices on residential service and installation projects
- Plan and assign daily work schedules to maximize productivity
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with residential plumbing codes
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, office staff, and project managers
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Monitor inventory and request materials for upcoming jobs
- Train and mentor field staff to improve technical skills and customer service
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Prepare accurate daily reports and documentation for each project
- Execute plumbing service and install projects to the highest company standards, setting the example for the team
