Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a plumbing field supervisor - preferably in residential plumbing.
  • Proven residential service plumbing experience (required)
  • Strong sales and business acumen
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving company goals
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software
  • A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to adapt to growth and change
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
  • Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Master Plumber or Contractor License (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise plumbing team members both in the field and during service calls
  • Provide on-the-job training for customer service and technical development
  • Manage and ensure quality service for plumbing jobs, permits, and inspections
  • Actively run service calls and resolve customer concerns
  • Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing team members
  • Foster a dynamic sales culture and growth mindset within the department
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing plumbing team
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards
