Requirements

Plumbing experience required (residential preferred).
Strong communication skills—you connect easily with both customers and technicians.
A proven track record in sales or revenue generation.
Self-driven, coachable, and committed to excellence.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Serve as the bridge between customers and plumbing teams, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
Guide homeowners through options and solutions, helping them make informed decisions.
Generate revenue through strong consultative sales, maximizing opportunities on every call.
Provide technical expertise and support to plumbing technicians in the field.
Ensure work is completed to Fix-It 24/7’s high standards, safely and efficiently.
