Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in plumbing, electrical, or military service (technical background not required).
- Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
- Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business goals.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and effective at multitasking.
- Strong presentation and group communication skills.
- Confident, decisive communicator in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Drive team financial performance through goal‑setting, reporting, and coaching.
- Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
- Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
- Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
- Own the outcome of every job, including escalations.
- Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high‑quality service delivery.
