Requirements
- 1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred
- Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
- Current plumbing certification as required by state
- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commute/relocate: LOCATION: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Service Plumbing: 1 Year (Required)

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.
- Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures
- Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.
- Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.
