Requirements
- A licensed plumber, or someone with mechanical skill, hustle, and the will to learn drains inside and out
- A problem-solver with excellent diagnostic skills
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Skilled with equipment like augers, jetters, and inspection cameras
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, basements, and the messy unknown
- Committed to safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Diagnostics:Operate cameras and high-tech tools to pinpoint drain problems and recommend clear solutions.
- Drain Cleaning Expertise:Tackle tough clogs using augers, jetters, and other equipment with confidence and precision.
- Expert Repairs & Installations:Repair or replace residential drainage systems while adhering to plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Customer Communication:Provide honest, respectful guidance to homeowners. Educate them on what you’re doing — and how to prevent future issues.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with dispatchers, plumbers, and support staff to ensure seamless service.
- Documentation & Reporting:Keep accurate records of your findings, completed work, and materials used.
