About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day. Requirements
- Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments
- Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling
- Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Dispatch PLUMBING service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times
- Manage incoming service requests and schedule water heater service calls
- Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
- Monitor call flow through the Plumbing service platform and dispatch system
- Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on Water Heater service appointments
- Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
- Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day
