Competitive pay with room to grow Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Ongoing training and career development A supportive, team-oriented company culture What You'll Do: Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) Maintain accurate customer records in our database Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required) Service Titan experience (Required) Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical dispatch (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with a customer-first attitude Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus Location: In Office Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
  • Service Titan experience (Required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a customer-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical dispatch (preferred)
  • Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus
