Requirements
- Required to know AutoCAD.
- Journeyman level knowledge of plumbing systems preferred.
- Must know AutoCAD
- Knowledge of specs, submittals, and RFI’s is preferred.
- Stable work history.
- Local to the Orange County
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Plumbing Code is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Foreman on Change-orders and make Plumbing Detail changes.
- Create detailed plumbing system drawings.
- Explain design-intent on AutoCAD drawings.
- Work with teams and independently as well.
- Communicate design issues and problems with the project manager and the client’s representatives as needed.
