About The Position
HVAC/Plumbing Detailer – Bay Area, CA Responsibilities: Coordinating and reporting to meetings required during construction process. Reviewing construction documents, product literature, cut sheets, and spool drawings that are clearly labeled and dimensioned for prefabrication.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong analytical and research skills.
- 3+ years Prior field experience in HVAC/Plumbing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organized, and strong problem solving skills.
- Prior experience designing or drafting sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems, and coordinating with other trades.
- Computer skills: BIM 3-D coordination, AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, Navisworks, BlueBeam, Quickpen, ect.
