About The Position

Responsible for managing and coordinating the field plumbing, pipefitting & welding-related workforce and resources on a project, ensuring efficient and timely completion of work while adhering to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. This role involves hiring, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising crews. Responsibility for field plumbing, piping, and welding department supervision.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Management or Labor Coordinator position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with field crews, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and problem resolution.
• Supervise crews, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Plan, organize, and manage plumbing, piping and welding projects efficiently.
• Keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
