Mission: As a Plumbing Comfort Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by promoting and selling our plumbing services to homeowners. You'll build relationships, understand customers' needs, and present customized solutions that address their specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in residential plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for customer service and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license (some travel required).

Responsibilities

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, conducting meetings to assess their plumbing needs.
  • Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our plumbing product offerings while staying current on industry trends.
  • Consultative Sales: Offer professional advice and recommend tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Proposals: Create and present detailed sales proposals that effectively communicate our value.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and monitor your performance against sales targets.
  • Market Insight: Keep an eye on market trends, sharing valuable feedback with leadership to help shape strategy.
  • Networking: Represent Heritage at industry events to generate leads and expand your professional network.
