About The Position

This is a field-driven, relationship-first position focused on creating long-term commercial accounts that stay with VeriTech for years. You will act as the front door to the company—introducing VeriTech to new portfolios, educating decision-makers on our capabilities, and building trust that turns into recurring service relationships. Unlike residential sales roles, this position is about account ownership, retention, and growth, not one-time transactions.

Requirements

  • Someone with B2B or commercial sales experience who wants stability and growth
  • A relationship builder who enjoys face-to-face interaction
  • A self-starter comfortable managing their own territory and schedule
  • Someone interested in owning a book of business over the long term
  • A professional who wants to grow into leadership as the company scales
  • Plumbing or trades experience is not required. We train the technical side. We’re hiring for mindset, professionalism, and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial, multifamily, industrial, and B2B accounts
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting: Property & asset managers Facilities and maintenance leaders HOA management companies and boards Regional operators for restaurant & retail groups Commercial and industrial site leadership
  • Develop relationships within industry organizations such as: Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) California Apartment Association (CAA) International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
  • Introduce VeriTech as a preferred plumbing partner, not just a vendor
  • Schedule site walks, capability meetings, and portfolio reviews
  • Attend industry events, association meetings, and networking functions
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up plans
  • Use LinkedIn and direct outreach to identify and pursue strategic accounts
