About The Position

Manages assigned accounts effectively and seeks new referral sources. Coordinates admissions with facility departments, attending BD team and sub-committee meetings. Develops business plans for assigned accounts, participating in community programs and marketing events. Assists in maintaining the marketing budget and informs referral sources of program changes. Consistently markets the facility for community awareness and demonstrates fiscal responsibility. Tracks and monitors individual performance in CRM. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Relevant professional experience accepted.
  • Must be 21 yrs or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with proof of insurance when using own auto.
