What You'll Be Doing Master the Craft Assist licensed pros with installing, maintaining, and repairing pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and valves. Jump into diagnostics and help solve complex plumbing puzzles. Prep job sites efficiently by gathering the right tools and materials. Keep It Safe & Clean Maintain a spotless and safe workspace inside customer homes and in company vehicles. Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE like a pro. Organize tools and manage material loading/unloading with precision. Be the Face of the Company Interact with customers professionally and respectfully. Requirements Who You Are Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience: You already have 2,500 – 3,500+ apprenticeship hours recorded with Washington State L&I. Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean record (essential for driving our company vehicles). Physical Stamina: You can lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics. Mindset: You have a strong mechanical aptitude and a burning desire to learn the trade. People Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities are a must. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
You already have 2,500 – 3,500+ apprenticeship hours recorded with Washington State L&I.
Valid driver's license with a clean record (essential for driving our company vehicles).
You can lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
You have a strong mechanical aptitude and a burning desire to learn the trade.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities are a must.
You show up on time, follow instructions, and prioritize safety.
