Structured Development: We don't have helpers who just run and get tools on the job - we have a structured apprentice program that has the goal of getting you into a truck running calls independently when you get your tradesman license. Health and Time-Off Benefits: Health Insurance Stipend: We provide a stipend to help you with medical expenses and connect you with a representative to help you choose the best plan for you and your family. Paid Time Off (PTO): Four (4) weeks of PTO and holiday pay each year so you can rest and recharge. Ongoing Training & Professional Development: We invest in your professional growth with paid training, cross-training opportunities, daily team huddles, and support for gaining new certifications or licenses. Steady Year-Round Work: When you join our team, we're making a commitment to you to provide you with steady, stable employment 12 months out of the year - no cutting hours when things slow down. Requirements
- No license required to start (we'll help you work toward one)
- Someone who is looking to build a career
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Offer of employment is contingent on a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers on residential service calls
- Help diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Learn how to evaluate the entire plumbing system-not just the problem
- Keep trucks clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate clearly with your team and customers
- Build skills in tools, systems, and customer service
