Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive company vehicle
- Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting Skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Detail Oriented
- Obtained or working toward Plumbing License
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a jetting machine (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.
- Complete required warranty information.
- Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
- Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.
- Perform plumbing-related tasks when required.
- Maintain communication with internal teams.
- Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)
