About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone interested in learning and developing their skills in the plumbing industry. The successful candidate should have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn, be organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. Must be available to work full shifts and occasional overtime. Requirements

Willingness to learn and handle physical work (ability to lift 50 lbs)
Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and willing to assist others
Detail-oriented, focused on quality, and ready to take initiative
Ability to follow directions and work under the guidance of experienced plumbers
A team player who supports all areas of our business
Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical

Responsibilities

Assist in cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes, ensuring safety and compatibility with existing infrastructure
Operate and learn to use plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
Communicate professionally with clients under the guidance of senior plumbers, explaining work performed and recommended repairs or replacements
Complete tasks as directed, adhering to company quality and safety standards
