Requirements

Eagerness to learn and develop plumbing skills.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Assist plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, including water, gas, sewer, and drainage systems.
Learn to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
Help inspect structures to determine plumbing layouts and fixture placements.
Support in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks and clogs.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on every job.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure job site cleanliness.
