Requirements
- Current Texas Tradesman/Journeyman/Master Plumbing License
- Valid Texas Drivers License (3+ years with Driver's License and clean driving record required)
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- At least 5 years of residential plumbing experience necessary (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail with a results driven mindset in a high-energy environment
- A polished, professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Physical ability to work in varying conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- Leak Location and Repair experience a plus
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and resolving both common and diverse residential plumbing issues
- Verifying installations meet code and company standards
- Coaching and developing plumbing apprentices on-site
- Performing high-quality repairs and installations:
- Water heater replacement/repair
- Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets, showers)
- Drain cleaning with sewer machines
- Providing expert-level troubleshooting and service recommendations
