We are a growing organization that values teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team and help us achieve our goals. Up to $2500 Sign-on Bonus (Based on Experience) Position Overview: As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team of plumbers and other tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, on-site position, with occasional after-hours and weekend work.

Requirements

Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent trade qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Inspect plumbing systems to identify and diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and repairs
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure the smooth operation of plumbing systems
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
