The Plumber III applies general knowledge to assist with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Plumbing family. Works under general supervision. Assemble repair/install kits per BOMs; verify completeness before job start. Stage areas—set up protection, buckets, drain hoses, signage, and tool sets. Assist with measurements—record slope, hanger spacing, pressure; ensure logs are complete. Manage parts returns/warranty cores; track tags and shipping. Update CMMS tasks—attach photos, readings, and closure notes provided by plumbers. Receive and label parts/materials, check against POs, and store per spec. Prepare systems for testing—fill/bleed, purge air, set gauges; record baselines. Maintain toolrooms—shadow boards, calibration dates visible; track and resolve missing items. Support teardown cleaning and inspection; organize components by stage. Coach S2/S1 on kitting accuracy and documentation basics.
