Requirements
- 4+ Years Minimum Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Pick and stage parts from pick lists; verify numbers, quantities, and condition.
- Prepare work areas—floor protection, splash control, debris containment.
- Handle basic measurements (fixture heights, simple pressures) and record values under instruction.
- Maintain inventory logs and update bin labels after issues/returns.
- Assist with lifting/positioning of fixtures and components using approved equipment.
- Clean components and surfaces—degrease, wipe, and prep for assembly.
- Update job folders with packing slips, serials, and photos.
- Manage consumables—flux, solder, pipe dope, cleaners, towels.
- Prepare shipping/receiving for repaired pumps/heaters; track status.
- Escalate shortages or incorrect parts immediately.
