Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to multitask and toggle between 4–5 different systems (such as dual-screen environments)
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Experience working with a dialer or in a phone-based customer service environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conveying a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
  • Consistent adherence to work schedule commitments, ability to work with minimal supervision, and flexibility to support schedule adjustments based on call volumes or staffing needs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
  • Work location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to a local Solventum office location at least 4 days per week each month)
  • Reliable transportation to and from the work location is required.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling the delivery of rental units for patients’ home therapy within required timelines following order release.
  • Coordinating the timely return of Solventum rental units from patients after discharge so devices can be available to support the next patient in need.
  • Interacting with patients, home health agencies, and doctors’ offices via inbound and outbound calls, texts, and written correspondence/email to secure information needed for delivery and return of equipment.
  • Reviewing order notes, documents on file, prior orders, and other available resources to determine appropriate next steps for each order on the assigned worklist.
  • Participating in all reasonable work activities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management, including occasional overtime, to support business and patient needs.
