The Plotroom Associate is responsible for document production, print coordination, and document control in support of Interplan’s project teams. This role ensures that architectural and engineering documents are produced accurately, consistently, and on time supporting internal teams, client deliverables, and brand standards. This position works closely with multiple departments to support high-functioning teamwork, reliable service delivery, and a consistent client experience.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with wide-format plotting/printing or willingness to learn
- Experience editing PDFs using Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, organized, and service-oriented mindset
- Experience in an architecture, engineering, or professional services environment
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with HP plotters, KIP software, or electronic signing and sealing
Responsibilities
- Produce and manage architectural and engineering print orders with a high level of accuracy
- Operate and maintain wide-format printing and scanning equipment
- Review and edit PDFs using Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat
- Manage document organization, archiving, and tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and follow document security protocols
- Support consistent branding and professional presentation of client deliverables
