Introduction We are looking for a passionate and experienced PLM Change Analyst to manage a best in class PLM and Change Management system. The Operations team at Lunar Energy is responsible for developing the processes and controls needed to successfully bring our Product to market. This role will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external Contract Manufacturers and Part Suppliers. We are looking for a motivated, and highly collaborative team member to own this important discipline at Lunar Energy.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), or equivalent industry experience;
  • 2+ years of experience in working within or with PLM as a cross-functional role such as document or change control within an organization
  • Experience with NPI and High Volume manufacturing at Contract Manufacturers

Responsibilities

  • Experience with PLM tools (Arena preferred), Change Control and Configuration Management including workflows, numbering, revision control and BOM configurations.
  • Create, manage, and release parts and specifications, engineering bills of materials, manufacturing bills of materials, and service bills of materials for a variety of products throughout their lifecycles
  • Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) and Deviations in Arena PLM tool based on inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Support development of internal processes within the PLM tool to streamline communication between cross-functional stakeholders from engineering to supply chain, quality, purchasing, operations, and service
  • Document best practices and PLM policies and train users on the same.
  • Increase overall efficiency by suggesting improvements to the process
