High-impact work where your QA expertise directly influences product reliability, scalability, and user experience A supportive and collaborative environment created by Trissential and our client, empowering you to bring forward best practices and fresh ideas The flexibility of a fully remote role while contributing to high-visibility engineering initiatives Opportunities to strengthen your PLM domain knowledge and advance your QA career Your Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and regression test cases for PLM applications Perform end-to-end QA on PLM functionalities, integrations, workflows, and system configurations Partner with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, ensure functional accuracy, and support release readiness Conduct defect analysis, document issues clearly, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution Validate data migration, multi-system integrations, and change management processes within the PLM ecosystem Support continuous improvement by enhancing QA processes, automation opportunities, and testing efficiencies Ensure alignment with business requirements and assist in UAT preparation and facilitation Skills & Experience You Should Possess 8+ years of QA experience, including deep experience with PLM systems Strong understanding of PLM workflows, configurations, and integrations Experience building test plans, executing manual test cases, and validating system releases Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to resolve quality concerns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach Bonus Points If You Have Experience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, Arena, or ENOVIA Exposure to QA automation frameworks or scripting Experience with API testing and integration validation Background in manufacturing, engineering, medical device, or similar industries Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) QA or testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) preferred but not required What We Offer At Trissential, we take pride in providing opportunities that support both your professional growth and personal well-being, all while you contribute to impactful work within our client’s organization. Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits!$124,000–$139,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography. Requirements

  • 8+ years of QA experience, including deep experience with PLM systems
  • Strong understanding of PLM workflows, configurations, and integrations
  • Experience building test plans, executing manual test cases, and validating system releases
  • Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to resolve quality concerns
