About The Position

As a PLM Business Process Specialist/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. You'll collaborate with various business units to identify challenges and implement improvements using cutting-edge PLM and CAD tools like PTC's Windchill PDMLink, Creo Parametric, and Creo View.

Requirements

• A degree in an engineering field plus 1-2 years of experience, or, 2-4 years of experience using Windchill.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Windchill or Creo Parametric support, training, or administration.
• A strong background or interest in computer science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and Improve: Partner with business teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that enhance our PLM processes.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships and communicate effectively to promote common practices and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and Design: Tackle tough issues, write clear problem statements, and create optimal solution designs for our developers.
• Learn and Grow: Gain expertise in project management, data management, and Windchill/Creo software, even if you don't have a deep technical background.
