The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Work with Analog and digital AC/DC drive systems, Calibrations/metrology, National Electric Code, Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) Create, read, modify, or update electrical diagrams: elementary diagrams, PLC logic, process flow diagrams, instrument flow diagrams, P&ID drawings, etc. Work with electrical tools, test equipment, and instruments used in industrial plant applications such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, meggers, and chart recorders. Improve manufacturing processes by working on Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens family of control systems. Evaluate equipment and maintenance history to determine, develop, and implement appropriate preventive maintenance requirements and/or recommend predictive maintenance programs for optimizing the effectiveness of maintenance procedures and maximizing equipment reliability and runtime.

Requirements

  • Completed and verified prior to start: Graduate with an associate degree from an accredited college with a discipline in, or related to, electrical/electronic in a private, public, government, or military environment OR A minimum of 5 year’s experience working with mechanical/electrical equipment and troubleshooting electrical circuits, drives and PLC’s the ability to understand electrical circuits and layout job for new equipment installations, system upgrades, modifications, etc.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating, reading, modifying, or updating electrical diagrams: elementary diagrams, PLC logic, process flow diagrams, instrument flow diagrams, P&ID drawings, etc.
  • 5 years or more of Industrial electrical experience in process instrumentation and control system technology & related disciplines.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Work weekends
  • Work overtime
  • Work rotating shifts.
