About The Position

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This world-renowned entertainment, gaming and hospitality destination unveiled a $1.5 billion expansion on Oct. 24, 2019. New offerings include 638 upscale guestrooms in the first-ever Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms and unique swim-up suites in the adjacent Oasis Tower at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, and 465 newly redesigned guestrooms in Hard Rock Hotel for a combined room count of 1,271 throughout the resort. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some demonstrated customer service experience/training required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Multi-lingual desirable and good phone etiquette required.

Responsibilities

  • Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Enrolling members into the Rockin’ Rewards Club, embossing and issuing club cards, transporting supplies and forms and assisting club members with questions, redemptions and special requests.
  • Assist Player’s Club Manager and Asst. Manager with all Club activities including Club equipment ordering, installations and training.
  • Responsible for assisting in the overseeing of the interviewing, selection, training, and discipline process of subordinate team members.
  • Ensure Club Reports and supplies are processed and maintained.
  • Meet and greet players on the floor at special events and at promotions.
  • Supervise the Player’s Club booth when other supervisors are unavailable.
  • Will assist in making reservations for guest rooms, meals, massages, etc.
  • Will handle Player’s Club promotions and redemptions as applicable.
  • Act as liaison between guest(s) and management as relates to needs of guest(s) complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information and agree to and sign the Hard Rock confidentiality agreement.
  • MUST be familiar with and follow, exactly, the secret shopper criteria.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
