As Players Club Supervisor, you'll: Identify, recruit, greet, and service patrons. Safeguard assets of MotorCity Casino Hotel and supervise staff including scheduling, monitoring breaks, and ensuring departmental policies and procedures are being adhered to. Provide training on player tracking system and departmental policies to Players Club Clerks. Make responsible decisions pertaining to comping decisions from guest accounts. Act as a liaison with all Casino Departments. Establish and maintain customer base. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities
