About The Position
The promotional personnel will assist the marketing director with various events, drawings and duties. Player's club representatives will be responsible for performing the duties involved with the operation of promotional events.
Requirements
- Must have a High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be able to pass extensive back ground check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain gaming license
- Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned (Includes weekends / Nights/ and holidays) as scheduled
- Be able to sit / stand for extended periods of time
- Have excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Be self motivated able to work independently
- Frequent lifting, may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Be able to take directions well and work within a small enclosed area with others as a team
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing director with various events, drawings and duties
- Perform the duties involved with the operation of promotional events
- Perform any other duties assigned by the controlling supervisor
- Do all match play sign ups
- Gather drawing entries, perform drawings, etc.
- Operate promotions through player tracking system
- Adhere to all policies and procedures written for the department
- Blend personalities with co-workers, management and public
- Promote strong guest service skills and ensures that the highest possible standards of guest services are number one
- Make sure you have all supplies needed to begin your shift
- Count and write numbers legible
- Stand long periods of time
- Bend and lift as required
- Ensure that exceptional internal and external guest service standards are always number one
- Monitor, stock and clean area
- Be courteous and professional at all times to co-workers, guests, vendors or anyone you may have contact with while on duty
- Wear your gaming badge at all times while on duty or doing business in the casino
- Perform any duties that may be assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor
