Ensures increase value of the brand of del Lago – excellence, excitement, homegrown hospitality within all programs and executions Required to identify and gather information on valuable guests through observation, analysis, personal contact, and service Executes guest loyalty, relationships, and direct marketing programs Provides services to respond to guest requirements Responsible for accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks associated with Players Club memberships Responsible for recording and reporting database information to management, may assist in updating database files Required to possess and maintain thorough knowledge of all special events, promotions, advertising campaigns and community events Required to display superior people skills and project mature presence and confidence. Conduct informal surveys and queries Required to become an expert of the player tracking system software Required to follow all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures Maintains inventory and orderly and neat presentation of retail merchandise Performs duties related to stocking of inventory

Requirements

Attend required training sessions offered by the casino
Obtain required license(s)
Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations
Responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco
Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department
Knowledge of the property’s programs to address problem gambling
Consult with the appropriate individuals and maintain an effective system of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and Internal Controls
Responsible for taking the appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and report such instances to the appropriate levels of management
Reports any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any Team Member that they have knowledge of
The Player Card Retail Cashier is required to have a high school diploma or GED required.
One year of Customer Service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have ability to:Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests, and outside contacts
Required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Required to move around all work areas effectively and efficiently
Required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Required to work for extended time seated as well as on your feet
