About The Position

Responsible for the success of the Players Club by assisting customers through the membership process, along with explaining the benefits of membership. Will perform reception area functions by greeting guests, receiving calls all while coordinating reception area traffic flow. Performs all functions in accordance with applicable gaming laws and regulations, as well as Sac & Fox Casinos established policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The following is a list of the essential duties/responsibilities of the position. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. Welcoming new members by assisting the Player in completion of the Players Club membership form and explaining the benefits of members Maintain a working knowledge of the Players Club, as well as other casino events, in order to effectively explain to customers Provides professional, friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers Maintains the confidentiality of applicant, employee and departmental information. Professionally answers phones, receives and routes incoming messages and inquiries. Gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate department Resolves minor customer conflicts, which relate to Players Club Issues complimentary items for customers when appropriate level of play or promotion requirements has been established Assist Floor Manager and Marketing Manager with on-going promotions and events. SUPERVISORY DUTIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven, excellent customer service
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be familiar with, and able to operate, computers, printers and card machines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word or related software.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability and flexibility to work any shift
  • Ability to represent the casino with a professional image by practicing good personal hygiene and being well-groomed.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Some analytical ability is required in order to summarize data for reports and find solutions to various administrative problems. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to prepare and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
